Junior Architect

Actively prepare for, participate in, and follow-up after collaborative meetings

Design, document, coordinate, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality high-profile fully customized projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams

Actively create conceptual frameworks for the projects through the Envisioning process

Incorporate into projects Bobobox goals and brand ideals

Communicate regularly to management and the project team with project updates, for example, of the status of each project, potential issues on-site, etc

Proactively flag any issues that may arise during the entire project, from deal release to opening, take ownership of them, and work together with your team internally to resolve them

Be responsible for determining and organizing functional requirements, providing programming, space planning, and code analysis

Produce all design

Be the main point of contact for external parties (under coordination and communication with the Architecture and Design Manager)

Bachelor degree of Architecture from reputable Universities

Proven Experience working in Architecture Firm (preferably from world wide architecture firm) minimum 1 years experience, fresh graduates are welcome to applied

Strong portfolio in Architecture design

Familiar using application for Architecture (3D Max, AutoCad)

Having good communication and interpersonal skills

Persuasive as a person and can do attitude

Willing to work in Bandung, Jawa Barat

Portfolio attachment is a must
