Uraian Tugas

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and supplier payment processing.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor customer collections.
Monitor and follow up on credit claims from customers and suppliers.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Record and maintain general accounting transactions accurately.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and support effective internal controls.
Support other accounting and finance activities as required.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Preferably from FMCG/distribution companies, accounting firms, or audit firms.
Familiar with full accounting cycle and general accounting processes.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently.
Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Preferably based in Bali, but candidates who are able to work remotely (WFA) are also welcome.
Candidates are required to submit a short self-introduction video in English as part of the application process.
