Uraian Tugas

Find and reach out to new clients, brand partners and event sponsors
Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to signed deal
Put together proposals, sponsorship decks and pricing with the creative and production teams
Plan and run marketing campaigns for Socialive and our events, across social media, partnerships, community and paid channels
Develops sales funnels and database
Manage ticketing and registration pushes, and track conversions
Look after client relationships and find chances for repeat work and upselling
Report monthly on revenue, leads and campaign performance

2–5 years in sales, business development or marketing, ideally at an agency, event organizer, media company or in sports/lifestyle
Proven experience closing B2B deals or securing sponsorships
Hands-on experience with social media and digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Instagram)
Confident presenter and persuasive writer in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
A network among brands, agencies or communities in Jakarta is a strong plus
Self-driven, organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
Willing to work some weekends or evenings during events
