Uraian Tugas

Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support aligned with business objectives.

Support manpower planning and manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring coordination.

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Support performance management processes, employee development, and talent retention initiatives.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with HR Operations to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar Human Resources role.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR practices.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using HRIS is an advantage.

Candidates currently domiciled in Bali will be prioritized.

Good command of English is an advantage.
