Uraian Tugas

Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for social media content, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentation videos, branding & promotional materials, etc.
Develop animation concepts based on creative briefs and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content teams during production processes.
Edit and enhance video content with motion elements and transitions.
Ensure visual consistency and quality across all motion assets.
Assist in storyboard creation and animation planning.
Stay updated with motion design trends, animation styles, and digital culture.
Revise motion assets based on feedback and project requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication Design, Film, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in motion graphics or animation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
Proficient in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D / Blender (a plus), or similar software.
Strong sense of motion, timing, composition, and storytelling.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiar with digital content formats and social media trends.
