ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (JAKARTA)

Client Service that includes:

• Create and prepare the documents, such as Minutes of Meeting, Proposals, Quotations, Report for Work Completion Events, Cooperation Agreements and Other documents related.
• Positioning as a primary contact between clients and imaginary ideas related to business.
• Consistently communicate with potential and existing clients.
• Communicate and present the needs and goals of the client and make sure all the stuff are running as expected.
• Provide an updates about all accounting team activities including status and report progress for potential and existing clients.

Sales that includes:

• Be responsible for an ongoing pitch.
• Catch a new opportunities in cooperation by looking at the needs of potential and existing clients.

• Possess a diploma/bachelor degree from reputable universities or colleges.
• Proven Sales skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience.
• Experienced in Traditional or Digital Agency is preferred.
• Proficient in Digital Marketing and ATL is preferred.
• Excellent presentation ability, both in Bahasa or English.
• Excellent communication, lobbying, sales and negotiation skill.
• Detail oriented and have technical competence.
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Ready to travel as required.
