Uraian Tugas

PT Alih Daya Semesta, a REDY group entity, provides offshore processing/ managed service solutions for local and international clients. Our group experience ranges across administrative and technical works, conducted in Indonesia for companies in countries such as Australia, Malaysia, Austria and others.

We are currently recruiting for a Credit Analyst for our client, Integro Finance, an Australia-based finance broker specializing in refinancing, residential loans, and commercial loans. The role involves working in Indonesia to support Integro Finance’s operation in Australia, and may require travel domestically and to Australia.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze prospective clients’ financial profiles and creditworthiness
Provide recommendations on suitable banking and financing options based on each bank’s criteria
Assess and match client needs (e.g., asset purchase, working capital financing) with appropriate financial products
Review and interpret financial documents and supporting data
Ensure compliance with lender requirements and internal guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to support loan application processes

Syarat & Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience in banking, financial services, or financing industry
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
Good command of English (written and spoken), especially in a finance context
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Adaptable to technology platforms
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Demonstrates the ability to think creatively and out of the box in problem-solving
Able to work independently, remotely, and communicate effectively with cross-border teams
Willing to travel domestically and to Australia occasionally (when required)
