Uraian Tugas

Prepare and control project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Manage contracts, including contract administration and variation orders (VO).
Evaluate site progress and verify work completion.
Prepare and certify contractor payment certificates.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget efficiency.
Coordinate with developers, QS consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Conduct analysis and negotiations related to project costs and contracts.
Prepare regular analytical and financial reports for management review.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Minimum 10 years of total experience working in a developer company and QS consultant company as a Quantity Surveyor.
Proficient in cost estimation, contract management, and project financial reporting.
Experienced in site progress evaluation, contractor payment certification, and managing variation orders (VO) and contractor payments.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Willing to be placed in Bali or other designated project locations.
