Uraian Tugas

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to sales inquiries (berths, agency services, provisioning, partnerships) via WhatsApp, email, website, or CRM using approved templates.
  • Record and update all leads, client details, follow-ups, and sales statuses in the CRM daily with 100% accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, rate cards, partnership decks, and product sheets using approved sales kits.
  • Manage after-sales communication, including thank-you messages, service completion notes, and client feedback requests.
  • Prepare follow-up reports for events and e-newsletters, covering lead quality, partnership potential, engagement, and next steps.
  • Ensure all outcomes and pending items are recorded in the Daily Sales Activity Log.

Partner & Internal Coordination

  • Support new partner onboarding by collecting required documents, updating partner profiles, coordinating rate card uploads, and scheduling introductory meetings.
  • Ensure all onboarding activities comply with the approved Partnership SOP.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to update sales materials, brochures, and partnership listings.

Documentation, Database & Risk Management

  • Ensure proper filing and compliance of sales documents, including contracts, commissions, referrals, MoUs, proposals, NDA drafts, and supplier rate cards.
  • Maintain and update databases of yacht brokers, captains, agents, provisioning suppliers, and luxury partners.
  • Identify and escalate urgent client issues, missing information, incorrect rates, or potential risks to the Sales Manager or Head of Commercial.

Reporting

  • Prepare Daily Sales Activity Reports covering new leads, follow-ups, pending proposals, client responses, and items requiring approval.
  • Submit Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports including:
    - Lead volume and conversion rates
    - Partnership interactions and MOM summaries
    - Market insights
    - Key challenges and opportunities


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales support and partnership
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business etiquette and communication mastery
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable managing online documents, shared drives, and reporting templates.
  • Succesfully achieve targets
