Uraian Tugas

Translate documents, business materials, and communications from Vietnamese to English or Indonesian, and vice versa.
Ensure translation accuracy, consistency, and appropriateness in terms of cultural context and industry terminology.
Support communication between internal teams and external parties (clients, vendors, or partners from Vietnam).
Provide interpretation (verbal translation) during meetings, conferences, or online calls between Indonesian and Vietnamese speakers.
Proofread and edit translated content to maintain linguistic quality and coherence.
Collaborate with other departments to support translation needs in marketing, legal, HR, or technical fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Vietnamese Language, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in both written and spoken Vietnamese, as well as fluent in English and/or Indonesian.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a translator or interpreter (preferably in business or technical contexts).
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to accurately interpret context and tone.
Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite In Slipi, West Jakarta.
