Uraian Tugas

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to elevate the brand presence of the marina and hospitality business (including berthing services, marine activities, F&B, events, and accommodations).
  • Lead digital and offline marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, guest engagement, and revenue growth across all business units.
  • Manage branding and communication efforts, ensuring consistent representation across marina operations, hospitality services, and partner collaborations.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including social media, website management, paid ads, content development, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze tourism trends, customer behavior, and competitor positioning within the marina, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, guest experience, and events teams to align marketing programs with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective cost allocation and strong ROI on campaigns and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with hospitality partners, travel agents, yacht communities, influencers, and tourism boards to enhance visibility and joint promotions.
  • Supervise branding activities for corporate events, VIP experiences, marina festivals, hospitality events, and international partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations directly to BOD/BOC.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to drive excellence and creative innovation.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in marina, hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or luxury service industries.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and guest-focused promotional strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing for international guests, premium services, or lifestyle destinations is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality trends, customer journey, and tourism behavior.
  • Experience collaborating with travel partners, tourism boards, event organizers, and marine/yachting networks is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Hands-on proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, social media ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, and content platforms.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work across Bali and Jakarta and travel as needed for events, partnerships, or inspections.
  • Background working with expatriate leadership or international clientele is an advantage.
  • Creative, strategic, and detailed-oriented, with a strong sense of brand and customer experience.
