Uraian Tugas


  1. Strategic Legal Management

    Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy to support business objectives, including risk mitigation, compliance, and corporate governance.

    Provide strategic legal counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management on all business-related matters, including investments, acquisitions, and property development.

  2. Legal Advisory & Documentation

    Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, cooperation agreements, sales and purchase agreements, and other legal documents with internal and external parties.

    Provide legal opinions on issues impacting operations and development projects.

  3. Compliance & Regulatory

    Ensure all business activities comply with prevailing laws and regulations (e.g., land law, licensing, environmental law, labor law).

    Maintain strong relations with government agencies such as BPN (National Land Agency), BKPM (Investment Coordinating Board), Ministry of Law and Human Rights, local governments, notaries, and land deed officials (PPAT).

  4. Corporate Legal Affairs

    Manage all corporate legal matters: company establishment, amendments to articles of association, business licensing (e.g., OSS, SIUP, NIB), and other legal administration.

    Prepare corporate documents such as meeting minutes, power of attorney, legal declarations, and periodic legal reports.

  5. Land Acquisition & Certification

    Oversee land acquisition processes, land release, and certification in compliance with legal requirements.

    Handle roya (release of mortgage), land certificate splitting, and land dispute resolution as needed.

  6. Litigation & Dispute Resolution

    Manage and oversee both litigation and non-litigation legal matters, internal and external.

    Appoint, coordinate with, and supervise external legal counsel.

  7. Team Leadership & Management

    Lead and coach the legal team to ensure effective execution of legal functions.

    Set clear targets and performance indicators for team members.

  8. Reporting

    Prepare and deliver regular legal reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university; licensed advocate (PERADI) preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of legal experience, particularly in the real estate/property or land development sector.
  • Strong understanding of land law, corporate law, contract law, licensing, and general civil law.
  • Proven experience in both litigation and non-litigation legal work.
  • Excellent legal drafting and document analysis skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external parties (e.g., notaries, PPATs, regulators).
  • Experienced in managing and developing legal teams.
