Uraian Tugas

Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and technical specifications.
Conduct cost feasibility studies and provide recommendations for budget efficiency.
Prepare and manage tender documents, including clarification and evaluation of contractors’ or suppliers’ proposals.
Draft and review contract documents based on negotiation results and project agreements.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Evaluate work progress (progress claims) and prepare payment certificates for contractors and suppliers.
Calculate variation orders and perform final account reconciliation upon project completion.
Coordinate with project teams, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with cost, time, and quality objectives.
Prepare regular project progress and cost analysis reports for management review.

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Quantity Surveyor in real estate or construction projects, covering both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
Strong background in budgeting, cost control, tender management, and contract administration.
Proven experience with major developers.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, project management, and financial control in property development.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other cost estimation tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for site visits or project coordination.
