Uraian Tugas

Lead the overall sales strategy, planning, and execution across all business units.
Develop annual sales goals and ensure alignment with company revenue objectives.
Oversee the performance of sales managers and guide them in achieving targets.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with owners, investors, and global partners.
Design and manage multi-company or group sales structures to optimize performance.
Supervise the development of sales channels, funnels, and performance tracking systems.
Oversee the CRM platform to ensure accurate data and actionable insights.
Work closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to coordinate pricing and promotion strategies.
Prepare management reports, forecasts, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Represent the company in major negotiations, partnerships, and trade events.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership within hospitality, luxury travel, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Strong leadership experience managing multi-company or group sales teams.
Excellent skills in CRM, data analytics, and ERP-based sales systems.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills (owners, investors, global partners).
Strong strategic mindset with a focus on results and compliance.
