Uraian Tugas

Manage daily sales operations, including client acquisition, account management, and contract negotiation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitality, luxury travel, and related markets.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Manage CRM and sales pipeline systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop promotional campaigns and packages.
Prepare periodic sales reports, performance analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings.
Support the Director of Sales in building multi-company or group sales structures.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within hospitality, luxury travel, or related industries.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Skilled in CRM and sales pipeline management (familiarity with hospitality ERP systems preferred).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing multiple accounts or group structures.
Results-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
