Uraian Tugas

Lead and manage the finance team in day-to-day accounting, reporting, and compliance activities
Oversee financial statements preparation, general ledger maintenance, and monthly/yearly closing processes
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly and annual tax filings
Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
Monitor group-level financial control, reconciliation, and consolidated reporting
Maintain and enhance internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Utilize and optimize cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to support strategic business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment with company objectives
Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate law and PMA structure
Coach, mentor, and develop finance staff to strengthen overall team capability

Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Preference Ex–Big four background or multinational company finance experience (audit or corporate finance
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance (monthly and annual reporting)
Skilled in cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, SAP, Oracle, Quickbooks or equivalent)
Experience in financial control, reconciliation, and reporting at the group level
Fluent in English and Bahasa (spoken & written)
Leadership experience in supervising finance staff and managing external auditors/tax consultants
Preference with a strong compliance mindset with an understanding of Indonesian corporate law & PMA structure
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations)
