Uraian Tugas

Oversee and manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at the group level.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly and annual reporting.
Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
Manage external audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.
Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Supervise and develop finance team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance; provide analysis and recommendations to management.
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and review journal entries and financial reports.
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Legal, Operations) to ensure financial compliance and proper cost allocation.
Advise management on strategic financial planning, investment analysis, and risk mitigation.
Maintain and optimize the use of cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent).

Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Preferably with experience from Big Four audit firms or multinational companies (audit or corporate finance).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance (PPH, PPN, annual corporate reporting).
Skilled in cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
Demonstrated leadership in managing finance teams and external auditors/tax consultants.
Strong compliance mindset and understanding of Indonesian corporate law and PMA (Foreign Investment) structures.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
