Uraian Tugas

  • Handle and process individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the Reservation Manager in supervising junior staff and maintaining service consistency.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the reservation system, including special requests and payment details.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or booking issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental revenue and occupancy goals through effective upselling and cross-selling.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reservations or guest service within 5★ hotels or airline background.
  • Familiarity with reservation ERP systems and strong attention to detail.
  • Well-groomed, courteous, and professional in communication and presentation.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).
  • Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and capable of handling guest issues effectively.
