Uraian Tugas

  • Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high accuracy in booking processes.
  • Manage and coach the reservations team to achieve service excellence and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor reservation procedures and standards to maintain consistent guest experience.
  • Handle escalated guest issues or complex booking requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to optimize room inventory and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze reservation trends and prepare reports for management on performance, forecasts, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and hospitality service protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property, products, and promotions to maximize conversion opportunities.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in reservations or front office roles within 5★ hotels or airline industry.
  • Proven team leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Excellent grooming, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong professional etiquette.
  • Proficient in hotel or airline ERP/reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Amadeus, Sabre).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
