Uraian Tugas

  • Lead and coordinate marina dock operations, ensuring smooth mooring and unmooring of vessels
  • Assist marina clients during the mooring operations, including connect the boat to electricity and water facilities. 
  • Monitor dock equipment (pedestals, fire boxes, etc.) and coordinate maintenance or repairs
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness at all times
  • Liaise with marina management for operational needs and reporting
  • Able to work in Team
  • Work in shifts 


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Must be based in Bali
  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Preferable at least 3 years of hands-on marina or dock operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to dock operations 
  • First aid and firefighting training certification
  • Boat driving license (power boat)
  • Diving certificate is an advantage
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise a team
