Uraian Tugas

1. Bachelor Degree in all major 
2. Minimum IPK 2,75
3. Have experience as CS in handling customers through digital media such as live chat and or social media for a minimum of 1 year. FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME
4. Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday.
5.Difable people are welcome (as long as can see. communicate by spoken, and typing on computer).


Syarat & Kualifikasi

1. Handle Customer Inquiries by Chat, Email and Social Media.
2. Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
3. Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
4. Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Updating customers profile into computer.
6. Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
