Accounting Advisory Service – Associate / Senior Associate

Our Accounting Advisory Services team works with diverse clients to strengthen their accounting policies, improve reporting processes, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

We are currently looking for two talented professionals to join our Accounting Advisory Services practice:

• Associate – 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Senior Associate – more than 3 years of relevant experience

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide expert guidance and support for accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Assess accounting treatments and evaluate existing financial reporting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop or enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with PSAK and IFRS.
• Communicate advisory results and recommendations to clients, including senior leadership, using clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engagements related to M&A, IPO readiness, and other strategic initiatives.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and project teams to ensure consistently high-quality results.
• Participate in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and identifying new opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Associate:

• Lead day-to-day execution of accounting advisory engagements and manage multiple workstreams.
• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Contribute to the firm’s go-to-market strategy and thought leadership initiatives.

For Associate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or external audit (fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are welcome to apply).

For Senior Associate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0).
• More than 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting firm or external audit.
• Proven track record in leading engagements or managing complex projects.

For Both Levels:

• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS, with practical application in financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in preparing high-quality deliverables (Excel models, PowerPoint presentations, reports).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
