Uraian Tugas

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including performance evaluations and development plans
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR data, including employee records, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree Psychology, Management, law.
  • Have experience as HR Recruitment minimum 3 years in manufacture industry.
  • Can speak in English
  • Understand about End to end recruitment, goverment and labour regulation, training program
  • Understand about Psychologycal test
  • Good communication skill and good personality
  • Excellent in Excel, Google Drive and another tools needed
  • Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java
