Uraian Tugas

- Head of Research & Development (Personal Care): Lead the strategic direction of product development, oversee new manufacturing processes, manage product development budget, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- R&D Engineer (FPGA and Firmware): Design and implement complex FPGA, firmware, and hardware systems, conduct simulation and testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manufacturing Research and Development (R&D): Research new materials, techniques, and processes, develop new equipment, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Formulator Research & Development (R&D): Conduct pre-formulation and formulation studies, trial and evaluate products, and develop new products.
- Head of R&D (FMCG): Develop and implement R&D strategy, lead innovation efforts, and drive product development.
- Research and Development (RND): Develop new technologies, conduct tests, and improve product quality.
- R&D Formulator: Create new product formulas, analyze market trends, and develop innovative products.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor degree from Mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Freshgraduate welcome to apply
  • For Mechanical engeneering must Excellent in 3D drawing design software such as AutoCad, SolidWork, Inventor, Catia, etc and have project before
  • For Electrical engineering focus on low voltage and have project before.
  • Passion in technology innovation, out of the box mindset, creative, hardwork but smart to contribute to the company
  • Have good communication, cooperation skill, assertive, energetic, agile and thorough
  • Candidate must be fluent in English, (interview full in english) , Mandarin (will be PLUS)
