Finance Controller - Analyst

* Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and strategic decisions.

* Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to assess performance, identify trends, and support business improvements.

* Financial Controlling: Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and control through regular monitoring and reporting.

* Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

* Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

* Transaction Management: Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.

* Compliance: Ensure compliance with both internal and external financial regulations.

* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

* Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to manage financial processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

* Auditing and Reviews: Support financial audits and internal reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

* Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and recommend solutions for any financial discrepancies or issues.

* Forecasting and Risk Management: Assist in financial forecasting and the development of risk management strategies.

* Banking Activities: Handle banking transactions and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions.

* Communication: Provide financial guidance to management and assist in communicating financial information.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably modelling, analysis, and financial control.

* Strong foundation in accounting, finance principles, and corporate planning.

* Reports directly to the Board of Management.

* Proficient in spoken and written English.

* Highly independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.

* Willingness to travel for business needs.

* Excellent communication skills.
