Uraian Tugas

Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the café.
Manage and support café staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Assist with budget management, handle cash flow, and ensure sales targets are met.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor and ensure food and beverage quality meets café standards.
Assist with marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract customers.
Report regularly on sales performance, customer feedback, and staff efficiency.

Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle cash management and financial responsibilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
