Responsible for preparation, cooking and baking food products as per the defined SOPs in a timely manner.
Supervise the kitchen assistants' work outputs on a daily basis (i.e. ingredient prep, packaging) and ensure that workstations and cooking equipment are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
Apply food production standards and SOPs related to Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Working Hours : 10 hours per day , 6 days a week, 30 days paid leave, overtime as per govt regulation
Day off 2 days per month (overtime)
Salary : 2000 SAR = Rp 8,000,000

Education Minimum : High School / Vocational School
Age Range : 23 - 30 years old
Work Experience Minimum : 2 years in the same field
