Uraian Tugas

  • Answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Schedule and arrange appointments
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Attending, and responding to inquiries from multiple platforms (Email, Facebook, Linkedin) Within 48 Hours.
  • Assisting management by preparing weekly, and monthly reporting.

Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Female 25-35 Years Old
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Minimal D3, 2-year experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office skills (word, excel)
  • Administration skill.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate
  • Having good interpersonal, and communication skills, detail and service-oriented
  • Be able to interact with Executives on a professional and personal level
  • Must include a self-introduction video using English
