Uraian Tugas
Answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing calls
Schedule and arrange appointments
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous manner.
Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Attending, and responding to inquiries from multiple platforms (Email, Facebook, Linkedin) Within 48 Hours.
Assisting management by preparing weekly, and monthly reporting.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Female 25-35 Years Old
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Minimal D3, 2-year experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Microsoft Office skills (word, excel)
Administration skill.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate
Having good interpersonal, and communication skills, detail and service-oriented
Be able to interact with Executives on a professional and personal level
Must include a self-introduction video using English
