Uraian Tugas

  • Mapping hasil assessment (user research)
  • Implementasi & Create design thinking
  • Create bisnis proses (user flow, ERD & BPMN)
  • Create Information architecture
  • Define Master Data & Form Input
  • Mapping & visualisasi data for export, report & dashboard
  • Define matrix role, permission & authentication
  • Memberikan solusi design terkait UX
  • Mapping matrix notification, Status Transaction
  • Mengerti teori basic UI/UX


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 year experienced in business analysis or a related field
  • Able to influence or communicate to stakeholders/client/IT resources (work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions)
  • Advanced technical skills and Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experienced creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • Have a good knowledge in IT.
  • Fast learner and have a history of leading and supporting successful projects (Able to learn to solve problem in project).
