Uraian Tugas

  • Lead multiple business development projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Design and conduct market and company research, including primary and secondary research, in respond to the company’s needs
  • Assist with the identification and conversion of opportunities to further grow the company’s business
  • Conduct financial analysis including the preparation of company valuation models and pricing analysis
  • Analyze a company’s financial statements to identify any accounting, financial, or commercial issues
  • Manage projects relating to the analysis and review of financial statements, buy-side financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, financial closing reviews, financial modelling assumption reviews, and Sales and Purchase Agreements reviews
  • Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data in an efficient manner and synthesizing the output into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Draft reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts in a clear and easy to understand manner
  • Communicate effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats and being able to deliver difficult messages with persuasiveness and sensitivity
  • Assist the Head of SPBD in building organization capability, including but not limited to
  • Create reports for C-suite
  • Enforce best practice methodology in problem solving and business development
  • Design curriculum and organize training/sharing sessions to build business development skill
  • Recruit, develop, and grow talents in business development

Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • At minimum, a bachelor’s degree (in Business/Finance/Accounting/Industrial Engineering or any other relevant disciplines) from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) and/or a professional qualification (e.g. CFA, CPA, CMA) is preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant business management or consulting experience in a reputable company. Example of relevant areas: business development, equity research, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services
  • Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in past positions
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in working cross function and developing team members
  • Excellent project management skill, including developing a project plan, schedule, dependency identification, status reporting, and issue resolution
  • Excellent written communications: able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles and get messages across that have the desired effect.
  • Excellent presentation skills: effective in a variety of formal presentation settings and can present to an internal as well as external audience
  • Excellent facilitation skills: ability to organize, plan and facilitate meetings on problem solving and decision making
