Uraian Tugas

Preparing and executing administration related to bank
Manage the submission billing to Clients or CustomersAble to manage work priority on timely basis
Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring.
Responsible to all accounting activities.
Provide accurate and timely financial report
Financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control, procedures include costing
Prepare all taxes reconciliation on timely basis update in a new tax reporting requirement.
Prepare for annual budget process and capital budgeting.

S1 Majoring in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00
High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferably has working experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding & Port agency business.
Having experience using finance accounting system.
Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.
Fluent in English passive and active (oral & in writing).
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat
Minimum 3 years experience in same position
Required skills accounting standard and tax regulation, finance management, balance sheet analysis, accounting and financial analysis, general accounting.
