Uraian Tugas

Job Summary:

  • Generate new business and revenue for the restaurant through various sales channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Understand the restaurant's offerings and present them effectively
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and research potential customers, cold calling, attending industry events, networking
  • Sales presentations: Delivering engaging presentations about the restaurant's offerings, highlighting unique selling points and addressing customer needs
  • Negotiation and closing deals: Discussing pricing, packages, and terms, overcoming objections, and securing agreements
  • Customer relationship management: Building rapport with clients, providing excellent service, and addressing concerns
  • Reporting and analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting results to management

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Manage assigned sales territory
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • Oversee private event bookings and catering services
  • Work with other departments like marketing and operations

  • Strong sales experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
