Uraian Tugas

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales & trade plan to grow company revenue with a profitability mindset
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and provide relevant market information, including competitor and sales data insight to support the identification of sales opportunities and growth
  • Penetrating new channels and closing profitable deals
  • Managing and nurturing the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Set individual and team targets and provide necessary support
  • Provide training and ensure all the sales team have comprehensive product knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and retailers
  • Ensure that sales activities comply with company and national regulations and policies
  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive sales plan and reports for the top management
  • Monitoring customer complaints and ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution
  • Working closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the Operation Team to maintain efficiently and an adequate supply

Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor degree from any major (preferable Engineering/Business/Management/Marketing Major)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales Manager (Highly preferable with background in industrial paint for several markets like Marine, Ships construction, oil rigs, military assets, factory flooring, etc.)
  • Managing a team of 3 sales person and above 
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to evaluation
  • Strong in analytical, business minded and possesses good problem-solving skills
  • A passionate Salesperson, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa)
  • Possess a positive work ethic and able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and able to represent the brand suitably
