Uraian Tugas

Manage and maintain the company's on-premise and cloud-based systems, ensuring their smooth operation, high availability, and security.
Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches across various platforms and environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations to ensure optimal system functionality.
Develop and implement system security measures to protect data and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable system architectures.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to optimize database performance and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Administer and maintain databases, including data modeling, schema design, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Monitor and troubleshoot database-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Implement and enforce database security measures to protect sensitive data.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to system administration, cloud computing, and database administration.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Administrator and DBA Specialist
Strong knowledge of system administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience in managing systems in both on-premise and cloud environments, such as AWS, Alibaba, or GCP.
Proficiency in database administration, including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, or Ansible, are a plus.
