Identity and
engage with ambassadors in order to build community growth and success

Develop and grow
the SosMed of The Hidden M restaurant to evolve the brand and generate revenue
Engage with
media, community and organization on maintaining restaurant reputation.
Carry out other,
more general, marketing responsibilities outside the outlet such as public
relations with potential customers, both private and corporate
Responsible to
build communication with operational teams about daily reservation, events, and
its broadcasting
Plan &
implement marketing and public relations activities in order to meet company
target.
Oversee and
execute marketing campaign targeting brand awareness, user acquisition and
activation.

Ability to manage complex task/projects.
Have a strong networking and relationship building skills. Joining in a community is preferred.
Must be able to contribute towards customer satisfaction targets and interactions siginificantly.
Must possess
outstanding guest service skills and ability to focus on guest needs.
Creative and ability to work under pressure.
Minimin Diploma /
Degree holder in Public Relation / Communication / Marketing.
Minimum 3 years
experience as a Public Relation in Food & Beverages industry hospitality /
tourism.
Fluent in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
