Uraian Tugas
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
- Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Psychology/Law or any field from a reputable university.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Preferably have experiences at least 2 years as HR Supervisor in the Hospitality, Theme Park, F&B industry.
- Understand about labor law.
- Understand about management of human rescources (including recruitment, training, performance assessment, etc).
- Have a pleasant communication skills, administration, team player, expertise in present and analyze data, analytical and strategic skills, computer literacy.
