Uraian Tugas

  • Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development and care for the children.
  • Supervise the work of whole classes set by their class/subject teacher, in accordance with school policies.
  • Able to manage centre’s daily operations, budget, income and expenditure etc.
  • Manage operations, which include student admission, finance, procurement and administration.
  • Receive and register students on arrival, as well as send them off at pick-up.
  • Distribute, explain and monitor the work set by other teachers.
  • Liaise with the appropriate Curriculum Leader/Guidance Leader/teacher regarding the work to be set and, at the end of the lesson return the work completed.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Master's degree in Education
  • Maximum age of 40 years old
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Principal
  • Good understanding of international and national curriculum
  • Understanding of Christian Education Philosophy
  • Strong leadership with good communication skills
  • Fluent (speaking & writing) in English with IELTS min 6
