This program prepares fresh graduate for leadership positions across many levels in Mandiri Tunas Finance. By joining the program, you will be trained professionals and leaders in various aspects. The program starts off with intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the company.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from any fields of studies
  • Grade Point Average 3.00
  • Maximum age for selection: 25 years old
  • Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
  • Remain to be Unmarried during the Program
  • Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
