Uraian Tugas

Remains updated on changes to clients' business and responds to client requests in a timely manner.
Takes an active part in the audit planning and to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy.
Prepares the audit plan and budget for review.
Ensures planned audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives.
Communicates any issues relating to an audit with manager or partner including matters which arise during the audit which were not identified at the planning stage.
Prepares and/or reviews work papers, drafts financial statements and management reports.
Identifies and discusses issues with clients.
Controls the audit in relation to timescales, budgets and risk management procedures.
Consistently achieves deadlines and understands the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recover-ability, income and client service.
Understands and follows Firm’s policies and procedures.
Carries out any other duties as required by the position.

Bachelor Degree major in Accounting, graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.0.
Minimum of 1 years work experience from a reputable public accounting firm as senior.
Demonstrates sufficient accounting and audit knowledge.
Well versed in cash flow preparation and with experience in consolidation.
Familiar with tax regulations.
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and part of a team.
Able to work under pressure, fast learner.
Willing to work out of town and work overtime.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
With good personality.
Disciplined and with positive attitude.
