Uraian Tugas

  • Provide support to a company's executive

  • General daily communication

  • Managing schedules, compiling progress on tasks and sending reminders on deadline

  • E-mails management

  • Participate in meetings, creating minutes

  • Preparing Expense management

  • Courtesy gifts, birthdays and other special occasion arrangements

  • Book travel and accommodation

  • Preparing and editing on internal and external documents


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum experience as personal assistant for 1-2 years will be beneficial

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

  • Trustworthy and able to be responsible to work without direct monitoring

  • Good time management, able to multitask

  • Great organizing capability, able to exercise problem solving skill

  • Possess high level of initiative and proactivity 

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

  • Familiar with G-Suite, Outlook and other similar system

  • Able to operate project management software

  • Attach video profile in English
