Book travel and accommodation
Preparing and editing on internal and external documents
Minimum experience as personal assistant for 1-2 years will be beneficial
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Trustworthy and able to be responsible to work without direct monitoring
Good time management, able to multitask
Great organizing capability, able to exercise problem solving skill
Possess high level of initiative and proactivity
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Familiar with G-Suite, Outlook and other similar system
Able to operate project management software
