Uraian Tugas
- Searching and
attracting the best candidates for each user through online ads or online
channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) and offline
initiatives.
- Advertise job
openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and
internally
- Handle the
recruitment process end to end, such as selecting the candidate from the
documents and manage the interview session.
- Conduct
different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Handling
various selection processes (online interviewing, phone interviewing, reference
check etc)
- Conduct the
assessment and make a simple report of candidate's personality.
- Provide
shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Communicate to
other parties (internal and external, such as clients), related to
recruitment process update.
- Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible to maintain employee’s database and contract
Syarat & Kualifikasi
- Being fluent
in English (listening, reading & writing).
- Minimum D3
majoring Psychology / Human Resources Management / Law
- Candidates
should have at least two years experiences in HR Recruitment
- Good
communication skills and interpersonal skills
- MS Office, email/ internet/ browser
- Willing to be placed in Kemayoran, Jakarta Utara
