Uraian Tugas

Help agents/marketing input online business to apps
Help agents/marketing input offline business to apps by email
To help marketers to create & send online quotation to our agents
To help marketers to process endorsement
To help marketers to follow up the approval from placement team i.e SCP, HCP
To help marketers to upload the payment proof
To help the marketers to follow up the needed documentation for policies issuance
To help marketing for endorsement process, cancel refund

Min bachelor’s degree diploma at any major study
Fast learning and able to work under pressure
Effectively communicate with people over the telephone, have good problem-solving skills
Fluent in English would be more advantage, min passive (written communication)
Familiar and able to work in Microsoft windows (word, excel)
Have a good telephone skill, communication & service skills for a job that is so focused on friendly and engaging customer interaction, with minimum experience 3 years
Have background on general insurance product and familiar with agency product such as MV, Property, Travel, PA, Cargo
Experience in sales, familiar with sales job especially agency business (preferable in general insurance)/insurance broker/insurtech would be preferable
