Uraian Tugas

  • Do internal audit of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and CDAKB (Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik) periodically
  • Ensure that corrective actions on audit results are implemented according to targets.
  • Monitor and control non-compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and CDAKB.
  • Conduct a joint review with related departments regarding the operational process flow (Standard Operation Procedure/ SOP)
  • Filing operational process flow documentation and distribute process flow revisions/ updates/ forms/ work instructions/ statutory standards.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education bachelor degree (Sl) from any major. Pharmacy or Apothecary profession is preferred
  • Having minimum 1-2 years job experience in similar position
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, CDAKB, ISO 17025
  • Communicative
  • Familiar with Ms Office
  • Placement at Head Office Kedoya, West Jakarta
