PR Manager

Main Goal : 

• PR Managers create and maintain a favorable public image for the company by communicating programs, accomplishments and/or points of view.

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement PR strategy and make sure its timeline and planning to be well-delivered.
• Coordinate all public relations activities, media inquiries and engage audiences across traditional or new media.
• Responsible for media questions and pitching stories to the media, and preparing media kits and organizing press conferences or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
• Writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients
• Create content for press releases and keynote presentations: write speeches for organizational leaders, develop advertising and marketing communications material, and prepare articles for corporate newsletters.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
• Handle crisis and emergency communications, also release information to counter negative publicity.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers. community, employee and public interest group.
• Create strategic plan aims to increase company business’s exposure and numbers through different techniques and methods

• Required language(s): English
• Minimum 3 years experience in Public Relation field.
• Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills also have ability to think both creatively and strategically
• Able to translate concept into effective execution and breakdown PR activity (Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives)
• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
• Possess the ability to keep information confidential
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
• Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, also organizational, planning skills and event management
• Those who have experiences in startup/ fintech/ financial institution are preferred
• Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
