Uraian Tugas

Pre-Opening Team to prepare and set up operational items under supervisory of each Head of Department
Executing and implementing all planning designed by its Head of Department
Working with other team to ensure all time-table of preparation are being executed to the schedule of hotel opening
Evaluating existing processes and procedures to identify areas that need optimization.
Assessing the efficiency of technologies, instruments, and equipment.
Building, setting up, and improving systems, procedures, and equipment.
Collaborating with the engineering team on prototype development.
Utilizing software to perform efficient planning, designing, and development.
Projecting the costs and timeframes of projects, as well as creating work schedules and setting deadlines.

Having experience and skill related to its position to be applied. A pre-opening experiences is a plus as consideration
Attentive, communicative, casual person and able to build good chemistry with the guest
Good English, other language will be a consideration
Creative and updated with digital tools
Concern and able to apply CHSE very discipline
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field of specialization preferred.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a staff engineer in a similar environment.
Proficiency in engineering and project management software.
