Uraian Tugas

  • To welcoming, registering, rooming the guest and handling reservation with established standard and procedure
  • Multi-tasking role in Front Desk, Housekeeping and FB Service with rotation schedule
  • Communicating to the guest in delivering product and excellent service
  • Offer assistance to the guest whenever required
  • Be a sales person to selling the room and FB to walk-in guest
  • To clean and service guest-rooms and public areas, to maintain hotel’s furniture and equipment cleanliness, safety, hygiene and orderly

  • Male or Female, youngster and attractive with friendly and having a cheerful-gesture
  • Attentive, communicativ
  • e, casual person and able to build good chemistry with the guestGood English, other language will be a consideration
  • Creative and updated with digital tools.
