Human Resources Supervisor

As the Human resources professional at SIWA, you will be required to develop, implement and evaluate human resources and labour relations policies, programs and procedures, provide support and advise management and employees on human resources matters. As Human Resources Supervisor, your duties mong others include the following: 

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources and labour relations strategies for SIWA including policies, programs and procedures to address the company's HR requirements. 

• Advise employers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies, compensation and benefit programs. 3. Work on behalf of management & it's employees to help mediate labour disputes and grievances and provide advice on employee and labour relations. 

• Periodically research and prepare salary scales and competency appraisal measures and systems. 

• Plan and administer total compensation, training and career development, employee assistance programs. 6. Manage programs and maintain human resources information and related records systems 

• Hire and oversee training of staff. 

• Co-ordinate employee performance appraisal programs. 

• Support and SIWA's community initiatives.

• Deally holding a tertiary qualification in Human Resources. 

• Must be familiar with working in Lombok. 

• Must have a good understandning of all relevant local labour laws in Indonesia and in Lombok. 

• At least 3 years experience within Human Resources in Indonesia's hospitality industry.
