Uraian Tugas

To work closely with sales team in supporting their proposals.
To help Sales gathering information from customer to identify customers’ needs through their visits.
To provide information based on customers’ requirements by making design, bill of material, configuration and sizing recommendation, scope of works, schedule and proposal. Delivering presentation about products and solutions to customer.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with principals and distributors to obtain their support (price, POC/ demo equipment, technical specifications, supporting letter, workshop, marketing activities and training)
To provide basic product training and support for Sales Team Keep learning, improve, update, fulfill and maintain all required principal’s learning path (including technical certification)
To update and prepare product promotion

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Presales/Product Specialist in IT Industry.
Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
Having good knowledge about IT technology (server, storage, networking, data center, etc)
Have Experience with price/sizing configuration tools such as Cisco CCW, HPE, and Lenovo is an advantage.
Good command in English
Willing to travel and accept new challenges.
