Uraian Tugas

Pre-Opening Team to prepare and set up operational items and management includes Property System (PMS), license related to each department
Preparing Manning & Resources, Departmental Budget, Check List items, monitoring pre-opening time table includes FF&E, Staff Training, SOP etc
Preparing and execution of Staff Training, SOP etc
Preparing for market analytical, business penetration and marketing activation and exposure
Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
Approving designs and budgets.
Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
Quickly resolving disputes between staff.
Acknowledging or rewarding good work.
Analyzing data and drafting reports for review.

Male or Female, attentive, strong leadership and able to working with other smoothly
Youngster and attractive with friendly and having a cheerful-gesture
government and society relationship, license and other Human-Resource scope
Housekeeping and F&B Service scope
Attentive, communicative, casual person and able to build good chemistry with the guest
Good English, other language will be a consideration
Creative and updated with digital tools.
Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field (Master's degree preferable).
At least 4 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
A sound understanding of engineering principles.
The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
