Uraian Tugas

Job Brief : 

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Founder’s working life and communication.

Job Description : 

  • Support Founder with the day-to-day tasks

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Assisting founder on daily matters which may include private needs

  • Provide administrative support

  • Google Docs organization

  • Organizing travel and itineraries

  • Organizing and planning meetings

  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings

  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require

  • Various ad hoc requests

  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs


Syarat & Kualifikasi


     Outstanding organizational and time management skills

     Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

     Experienced with Google Drive: Google Sheets and e-mail

     Excellent oral & written Indonesian and English communication skills,

     Presentation skills

     Discretion and confidentiality

     High School degree

     PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

     Work effectively with diverse cultural, and ethnic backgrounds

     Familiarity with Yoga knowledge is a plus

       Able to join us as soon as possible
